Review on 🔪 Red Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Mandolin Slicer with Double-Edged Blades and Safety Guard by Barbara Lopes

I use this fruit and vegetable slicer and love how the slices are so thin and even. The only thing that doesn't bother me is the plastic guard that covers the blade when not in use because it doesn't stay in place. I believe it's also designed to hold food in place while slicing, but that just doesn't happen. Get a food slicer if you want an easy way to cut your food, but ditch the plastic thing like I did. Just be careful not to get your fingers too close to the blade.
