Review on 🐢 Zoo Med Tortoise Enclosure by Kim Rogers

I bought a new cage for our little cold-blooded turtle. Outside the racket, you must follow the assembly instructions carefully, otherwise the parts will not fit. While some pieces are longer than they should be, I took some photos of the length variation. In general, this is not a big problem, but it would be better if the dimensions were accurate. As other posters have pointed out, the wood is cheap and some of the wood can splinter. Again, this isn't a huge problem in itself, unless it's a key section, you'll be fine. Wood is cheap now, so I took extra steps to protect it: I first painted it dark wood (the color of my furniture) and then varnished. To prolong the life of this cage I made a mat on the floor. Overall I give 4 stars, but 3.5 would be more appropriate. It's not bad, it's just a standard wooden cage with soft wood and a few mismatched corners. It looks very nice and only time will tell if it's worth the $100 bill. But I'm happy for my buddy, so 4 stars fit. I took some photos so you can see. Enjoy a good shopping experience overall.
