This little fan is quiet, small and oscillates. The blades can be tilted up or down.

I bought a fan to move air through the bedroom from one window to the other at night. During the day I direct it to the stone floor where my dogs lie to cool off. It's very quiet and does exactly what I was hoping for. Fits perfectly in the windowsill. I'll probably get another one for the kitchen window.
