ink cartridge replacement works well
the product coding doesn't match what the printer indicates the cartridge code is. as with all ink cartridges regardless of provider, i think they are overpriced. printer now works. what I've encountered on numerous printers regardless of brand is the black/gray print option isn't really true. it still requires every ink cartridge to have some ink even if it is a color cartridge. bummer.
