Love how simple yet powerful and flexible Zapier integration can really provide
I love that it is integrated with google calendar so you don't have need for another app; plus there are more integrations coming soon! - There needs some work in terms of UI customization (it's not easy!).
It has been great being able help our team communicate better by using this tool instead emailing back n forth etc., also helps keep track if we're scheduling too early which may cause confusion later as well haha.- Having an open source solution means no lockin issues when hiring other developers since its always up t date & free forever :) We use booking reminder emails via Google Calendar alerts but now having reminders automatically sent right through into your phone would be even greater!!
Pros
- The simplicity, looks professional
- Integrates nicely w/ outlook / Gmail calendars to schedule meetings or set out meeting rooms easily without much effort from users who can access both at once ! Great wayto get all scheduled appointments onto one screen quickly while still maintaining easeof accessibility across different platforms suchas smart phones vs laptops.etc.(email inbox)
