The best thing about this software is that it provides an easy way to manage employee data as well other important details of employees like their salary etc in one platform which makes our job easier than ever before! I dislike everything else but not because there are many things i don't find useful or convenient for my use case so far though they can be changed if needed by adding more features later when required! So what we need now from any such tool/software should always come firstly whether will make life simpler (even little bit) then only go ahead otherwise you may end up wasting your time & money without getting anything outta them!! It's good product overall nothing much bad also found very helpful during recruitment process where candidate profile was uploaded into database automatically alongwith his resume / CV uploads were done easily via web portal itself using mobile app too.
