I've only been using it for about an hour but I'm convinced that for the money this is the best value for this type of massager. on revain now imo. I've looked at dozens that look like this, with that usual strap style, those big handles, reversible, heating, timer function, etc. Most of them seem to be around $30. for AC only models like this (and note that this unit plugs into the wall only; it's sad to read reviews in reviews from people that they can't "charge" it - because they haven't read the description ). So that's a good price. Not a "travel case" but as others have photographed the box it comes in has a strap and with reasonable care the box should suffice if you feel the need to be mobile with your massager. I always try to research all the shit before I buy anything because I'm an insufferable curmudgeon on a fixed income, and before I buy I read a few reviews where people really made a fuss about how " "bulky" and "heavy" this thing was. is. In some cases I guess they returned it. So guys before you buy there is a video with pictures, watch the video, the video is accurate it's so big/bulky. There is also a weight in the description. That's how much he weighs. You can probably go to any Brookstone or similar store in America and look at an identical product before buying it cheaply from Revain. You need to beware of these impulse purchases. ;-) But seriously, IMHO this is a *bargain* if you're looking for a neck massager with an AC strap.
