poor quality for birds

I purchased red millet for my whales from a company that has unfortunately gone out of business. . I had a hard time finding a source that sold the same quality and variety. This millet was all I could find. It looks like it belongs in an outdoor bird feeder; it would be perfect for this place. Unfortunately it is below the quality I want for my pet parrots. it had the usual rubbish on it = seed coats, dry plant parts, it was dusty, etc.
