I almost hit the mark with that. With or without a choke it will appear that you are not adequately covered with water. If you tilt it all the way up, water may not come out of the top silicone holes. All the tools that come with it are pretty good considering the low price point compared to other rain shower heads. Overall, I rate it around 4.8 stars. .that note is probably my fault, given the old pipes in the house
