They don't work with my Acer laptop.!. Specification of this chip. should have worked with "Acer Aspire 5742-6475" — — — — — — — — According to Acer specification. type.Note: I decided to see if they would work in the "Dell Latitude E6430" before returning the SO-DIMMs to Amazon; But they worked! :) I have to blame Acer; I had a lot of problems with the "Acer Aspire 5742-6475" laptop, as well as other products from the company, and I probably won't be using useless Acer products any time soon.
