Easy Solution For Tracking Tickets, Sales & Calls

I love how easy this software makes it for me when searching tickets from previous events or even if i'm looking up my own sales! It does not have enough search filters in comparison with other ticket trackers out there like Vitello which has many options available along side an intuitive interface (which takes some practice). If your thinking about purchasing TTT go all-in because they do offer discounts at times of new user acquisition/sales so definitely take advantage now while prices are low!! This solves SO much problem related only too time management through having access everywhere as well being able find specific pieces quickly using keywords etc.. I like how easy it is to use and how organized everything is. It's very user friendly. Not much for me to dislike right now. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to track tickets and be able to do so easily with all of the different features it has. It can help us keep track of our tickets and everything we need to know about them. We can also keep track of other things too such as calls and emails.

  • The variety that you get within certain aspects including tracking, emailing & call recording capabilities among others make sure its worth trying especially since their customer support team will always reach back fast once any issues arise during usage !!!! Customer service reps really work hard making customers happy :) And great discount offers throughout sale periods
