Great product - my new review

My trainer put me on to this and it worked wonders for my calves in the matter of days. I wish the ball wasn't spiked so I could use it on the bottom of my feet with just socks on.

Useful to help with minor foot injuries. Should wear shoes when using.

Cons

The spiked ball massager may be too intense for some users
