I bought 2 of these as my dog has cataracts and the poor night vision is worse. I already had other motion sensors in my house but thought this would be a great addition to them. They came fully charged and with instructions for use. I set one up and use the other as a portable light that I put on the floor at night when my furry little one needs extra light to get around. Nice and bright, and they turn on instantly when you're within range. If I need more in the future I will take more as they are lighter than others I have bought. I like that they also charge via USB, no need to buy batteries.
