Review on Oster Expressbake Gluten Free Setting CKSTBR9050 NP by Dan Cramer

My mother has had a smaller model of this machine for a long time and was very happy with it. We decided to buy a bread maker for her visit this year and bought this new model for our home. Well, let's just say it's a hit! She likes to use her bread maker just to knead and then she lifts the bread herself and bakes it the old fashioned way. Yes, it works great. We don't like to deal with that, so we use the normal and express baking (100% baking in the bread maker) functions. Express baking is so good that we don't even know why we have to bake bread differently. It's ready in just 58 minutes, big and cooked to perfection. Some quick bakes aren't as good, but this one is good. It comes with two paddles so you can wash one and clean the other and get on your way. It's easy to clean and you only have to wait 20 minutes from a loaf before you can bake a new loaf. It bakes 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and 2 pound loaves, so this machine is versatile too. We certainly love it and have new machines in both houses now so we highly recommend this machine if that's what you're looking for in the market.
