I'm not a fan of whitening strips just because I have very sensitive teeth and enamel. But I wanted to try them because my teeth look a bit yellow. Be careful when taking the strips out of the packaging, they could rub off when you take them out of the packaging due to the gel-like consistency. So that's just something to keep in mind. They are very easy to put on and actually stay in place the whole time you wear them. The strip for the lower teeth is too small in my opinion. It just closes the teeth in the middle. I'm happy to report that I didn't feel any rough sensitivity when they were on me. The gel has a slightly strange taste, but it is bearable, they are very comfortable to wear because they are very thin. I saw a difference on the first try. These strips are great for whitening your teeth. And they are super soft. I used oil for sensitivity although I didn't feel any pain. And it really helped, especially when eating ice cream. So if you have very sensitive teeth this is definitely a bonus. Many teeth whitening kits don't cater for sensitivity. All in all very gentle and very effective.
