It's been years since I used teeth whitening strips; and since my whitening toothpaste alone isn't enough, I decided to try Spotlight Oral Care Teeth Whitening Strips. The set includes 14 pairs of teeth whitening strips and a gum oil brush pen. I just finished a 2 week course and these strips seem to have whitened my teeth. The strips are easy to remove from the plastic backing and fit the teeth fairly securely (at least in the front) and stay in place for the recommended 1 hour treatment time.
