Soft and stretchy, wish it was just a tad bigger

Got this for 1 year old. It's soft all around and the band is stretchy. It worked really well for her 1st birthday. I just wish it was slightly bigger as I think she will outgrow this pretty quickly. Her head is pretty average fitting into age appropriate hats.

The flowers on the crown may easily fall off and become a choking hazard
