It's a joke, but you have no choice.
I've had 2 flats on my Fusion Energi in the last year. In both cases the thing failed miserably and I had to call a tow truck and buy new tires. God forbid anyone at Ford finds a way to light up even a spare donut, but no. So you dump another $30-$35 on that glorified can of Fix-A-Flat and hope for the best next time.
