My husband had a stretch fabric swim cap. The elastic band in the fabric has been dissolved by the chlorine in the pool. He asked me to find a stronger cap. I bought this set after showing it to him. He is very happy with the caps. He said it was tight and little water got in, but his hair never got wet like an old cap. It's great that it's winter now and he's running to and from the YMCA. He is very happy with these silicone caps. I gave them 4 stars for durability because he's used them less than a dozen times, but we expect them to last longer than the original swim cap.
