I make my own yogurt in an instant cup. My sister-in-law has a large plastic yogurt strainer that she loves. However, I don't have space for one so I bought these bags and I love them so much! They take up practically no space and are very easy to use. I place it in a colander over a bowl (I already have two items taking up space in my kitchen) and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, draining the whey from my yogurt, until I get the consistency I want. Then since it's flexible I just take it and pour the yogurt into a bowl and it rinses off very quickly and easily. Then when it dries, it can be stored easily and almost space-saving. I love it!
