Really wanted to love

Really wanted to love this set it should have been for my caravan but the crochet head is offset in the bracket and irritated my thumb, I tried turning the wrench provided, was able to but do not bring it far enough to the front of the holder. This may be perfectly normal for some people, but not for me.
