Great for beginners - event and party supplies

Do yourself a favor and buy a balloon pump. it's just some balloons! We actually used a compressor to blow them all up. We simply filled them out and then hung them up. I think it works well for beginners. We have high ceilings and we had enough balloons for this exhibition. Maybe 20 more would be nice.
