My first 16 channel system, all cameras worked but the NVR only had 8 channels working. I contacted Reolink via email and they sent a replacement. It wasn't 4k like my original so I contacted them again and they sent a 4k replacement. Finally everything works fine. Camera pictures are not 4k but pretty good. The Reolink app on my iphone works great. You can easily access and view your cameras. Everything was easy to install, just plug and play. them until they get it right.
