Review on Flapjack by Charlie Dillon

The most useful thing is that it shows you all your tickets at once, so I can see where my team's time goes each day as well how many hours are in every week or month for example! It could show more info per ticket like who was assigned to do what when etc but other than this there isn't anything really bad about flapjacks feature set compared with others out therce such things (Zendesk) - just better UI/UX would be great improvement too :) We use flapping jack mostly because we have lots of different projects going under one roof now which makes everything harder due having separate tools before :). And also if someone wants some extra features they need write their own plugin instead using open source version without paying them money first ;) Support from creators has been good though sometimes not enough people work together here especially during weekends :( But overall experience very.
