Review on Quadcopter DJI Mini 2 Fly More Combo, gray by Agata Kulesza ᠌

Terrible quality, wasted money.

They asked me to return the drone. The seller sent it back (at our expense). Independently contacted DJI. The manufacturer analyzed the log file, recognized the case as a guarantee. The seller is not an official dealer (although the site states that it is), and the drone is intended for sale in the UAE. It seems that the seller hopes for the laziness and irresponsibility of his customers or closes his store.

Pros
  • We flew a little (5 minutes), liked the drone.
Cons
  • Terrible salesperson. On the first day of flights, a situation occurs: the drone "hangs" in the air. Suddenly it begins to rotate around itself and falls to the ground, into the wet grass. The blades break on one beam, we replace, wipe, dry the drone. We turn it on, the drone refuses to fly, gives an error esc. We contact the seller, describe the situation. At the request of the seller, we send the drone to the seller for diagnostics (at our own expense), we wait. We get the answer that water got inside, therefore it automatically flies off the warranty, ultrasonic cleaning is needed at a cost of 4200, after which, accordingly, the device is without warranty. We explain that water got into it after the fall, they immediately wrote about it (fell into WET grass). We ask, but fell from what? In response: a repetition of what is inside the water, so there is no guarantee. We call the official DJI service center. They say that in order to find out the cause of the fall, you need to send telemetry data to their support, and then deal with the consequences (with water inside). Wrote about this to the seller, the reaction is zero. I asked them for an official conclusion from "their" service center with details and a seal, there is also no answer yet. The drone is at the seller. At the moment, so far only wasted time and money . Apparently, we will have to contact law enforcement agencies.
