Bought two of these. A pink one. And a blue one. Both gifts for our daughters. The pink works fine. The blue. Not as lucky. It actually came in a different bag and didn’t have instructions as well. But we can’t get it to open at all. Very disappointing. And such a shame to see one sister get to play with her gift while the young one, who just wants to be like big sis, try to understand why hers is broken
