Review on 🔒 Heavy Duty U-Bolt Muffler Clamps | Anti-Rust Coat | Multiple Uses | 3 1/2-inch by Wanick Palermo

The shaft of this clamp is not very strong and is made of very thin steel compared to the Totalflow clamp I bought (also 2.5"). I wouldn't call the anti-corrosion coating galvanized either. Also, the Totalflow clamp is cheaper AND it's zinc plated! I don't work for Totalflow or anything just to give my fair comparison. dollars and you get less for your money. I could bend it by hand as well, so I don't even think it's properly tempered. I hesitate to use this on my jeep. I can just keep it as a spare and get another clamp from AutoZone that's properly galvanized or galvanized. Edit: I ended up trying to use this on my jeep and what a mistake it was. The nut fell apart as did the threads that the bolt sat on as I tightened it. e tightening the collar when the nut is slipped and almost rounded. I had to use a vise to get the damn thing off. It's as if the steel used in this product is fully enameled and not hardened! Unbelievable. Because of this, I requested (and received) a refund. I do not recommend this product at all as it failed before it did its job properly.
