The quality is gone.
I ordered 2 of these in August and ended up trying one of them in my Subie. I took off the old filter, Fram 9113, and immediately noticed the difference in quality between the old and new. The old 9113 had a metal frame and it fitted perfectly. This new filter has been redesigned and is so thin and poorly made that it doesn't even fit in the case. Save money and get a genuine Subaru filter from the dealer. It's too late to go back, so I gave them up.
