This means that every time I move it, even bringing it to my lips, which is the purpose of the product, there's a loud, tinny rattle. This is extremely annoying. And it's so noticeable it should never have gone through QA/QC. Especially for a water bottle with a $42 MSRP sticker, and I actually bought it for $35. In that case, I might as well buy cheaper fakes since the heat part isn't that important to me. I just need a reusable bottle of filtered water. It's really a shame, because first of all, the picture of the white rabbit is very beautiful. If you're willing to gamble on craftsmanship, this is a beautiful bottle. I will object to the seller as the rattling noise can be confused with hard paper inserts moving through the bottle. But he should never have left the Swell factory like this.
