The phone keeps crashing
I like the material, the comfort and the style, I like it but I keep getting hit in the face when the phone falls in one certain angle. It really needs a latch to keep the phone safe. The phone fell on the floor although it keeps falling out so unfortunately it doesn't protect my phone. Too bad because I love the product. Do it 100% by making the product safe.
