My husband gave it to me for Christmas 2016 as it was on my wish list. It works as described and is helpful for me as I have RA. I also like to stamp on watercolor paper and this, like MISTI, is perfect for this as good illustration lines result from repeated stamping. I also have a little Misti. None of these presses are perfect. However, I will only review Precision Press. My experience is that my photopolymer stamps stick to the paper I'm printing on and this pulls the paper off the backing, so I have to make sure the paper or cardstock is right there every time I print , where it was before. The paper isn't on the floor, as We R Memory Keepers claim. Sticky note tape does not hold paper. However, washi tape does this, so I use small pieces of it to hold the paper in place. This is no problem with rubber adhesive stamps. However, I still prefer to leave the paper in place. I don't like using magnets with MISTI because I've found that sometimes the depth of the magnets doesn't allow the stamp to fully hook into the paper. But I like that the magnets at least hold the paper in place. The precision press has an excellent lid, clear, strong, with a graphic image and good weight. The two open sides of this press are particularly useful for making large cards like 5" x 7". Self-adjusting loops make it easy to switch between photopolymer and rubber stamps. woo hoo! However, I've had a few instances of stamping on thinner paper where the graphic ridges at the base negatively affected the image I'm stamping and I had to use a marker or pen to fill in the lines. Not so with MISTI. I suppose I should have done a direct comparison, but that's just my preliminary guess. I hope to do a press review after further use. It's really good press, but like most things, it has room for improvement. Maybe I should develop a hybrid die press that uses the best of both dies! It would be nice! Bless my husband for giving me this. He's a peach!
