Whether you like the sound of these speakers or not, but in any case, the speakers SOUND! This is not firewood, as some have said here. I'm not spoiled for sound. Yes, I hardly listened to "audiophile" speakers, I can't compare, but I listened to S-30 Radio Engineering, vintage Vega and the like, computer active acoustics, as well as professional concert acoustics, stage monitors, etc. Yamaha sounds several orders of magnitude better than "Soviet" and computer speakers. Listening to Yama with authentic AC15-404s from the 1980s was especially touching. I have no doubt that expensive acoustics can sound better than this Yamaha, but the difference (for my purposes) will be so unimportant that I will not pay attention to it. I liked the bass from these speakers. They are "soft", not like a subwoofer in a car or a sausage at a disco, but at the same time they are quite "weighty", penetrating to the depths of the body. At first, I wanted to immediately buy a subwoofer, but now I won’t rush, I’ll listen to the acoustics like this. It is important that I don’t have famous receivers / amplifiers yet, I listened to hires tracks from a mobile phone (via bluetooth 5.0 and through a line output) on a digital Chinese amplifier Nobsound 100 watts on TPA 3116. The wires are copper, SHVVP 0.75 mm on bananas. And even in such a "household" bunch - I really liked the sound. Noises, hisses, crackles, distortions are completely absent (with a good power supply, of course). If I buy a receiver, then only because of the need to switch different sources in one device, and not for the sake of a "special" sound. If anything, the bear didn’t step on my ear, I have a musical education and have a relationship with music. Summary: this is a very solid and inexpensive product for those who just need high-quality sound "for every day" in music, in movies, in non-professional creativity. I don't know of a cheaper option that will give such a good result. If you are an audiophile, then pass by these speakers, spend your money and throw show-offs elsewhere :). You checkers, or go?
