RGB was NOT working properly

I've been messing around with this RAM for 3 days now. RGB functionality still not working after: multiple reinstalls of G.Skill Software and Aura Sync individually; multiple BIOS updates to different versions to test functionality (relevant now); clean install of Windows 10; tried to help me, but so far without success. G.Skill support has not yet replied to my email. Product.
