Review on 3M Automotive Headlight 🚗 Lens Restoration Kit, Model 39008 by John Camelio

I love the results of this product! It took me 4 hours total but the result was worth it. These 13 year old stock headlights have never been treated and are heavily oxidized. The car is still in great condition and has been touched up a few times with paint but that muddy headlight was just a pain on the eyes! I read the reviews before buying and I was sure I could handle it. I followed the directions carefully, alternating back and forth between 800 grit and wet Trizact 3000 sand before proceeding to polishing with polishing paste. After I polished the lens, it became clearer! I was so amazed by the results and proud of it! I also bought and used a Meguire headlight clear coat to protect the lenses which should last up to a year. I would definitely buy this again. If you have patience and time, this will give you the best results. A headlight lasted 2 hours. Everything you need is included in this kit. All you need is a hand drill (corded or cordless with optional fully charged batteries), masking tape, a spray bottle of water, and plenty of paper towels. I've added photos and a time-lapse video of my progress. The next day I also worked on the fog lights, photo shown.
