Works great - easy installation once you get past the wall, with Nissan screws on the back of the glove box. The glove box opens by simply exposing the plastic wall and approximately 11 Phillips screws for removal. Not sure what its purpose is. After removing the wall, 2 screws hold the device in place. It comes out easily, just use a tiny flat head screwdriver to pry the connector bracket, pull out the connector, remove the 2 Phillips head slots and then pry the block out. Replace in reverse order. IT'S TIME TO ORDER AND REPLACE 2 CABIN FILTERS which are located behind the same wall of the glove box. Fan always at high speed, even when heating/air conditioning is off, now easily solved. Now everything works! 4 speeds and go! Great product, I'm glad I found it! Excellent value for money and quality. Nissan wanted $96!
