AFTER trying this chef knife, i don't think I can go back to my old one. The blade is razor sharp and slices through anything with ease. The design is sleek and modern, making it a great addition to any kitchen. It comes in a nice presentation box too perfect for gifting. The only downside is that it requires extra care when cleaning since it's not dishwasher safe. overall, a great investment for any home and kitchen..
