Love it! Shiny blue sand, real small shells, detachable fabric mermaid tail for posable doll. We first encountered sandboxes in a counselor's office - they are good for people suffering from stress and anxiety, they are a calming activity that allows the mind to wander while doing something calming. Our daughter - 6 years old - loved the boring adult. We gave her a Christmas present and she loved it so we gave her this one and it's fabulous year round. The box it comes in is the box it will be kept in, with velcro closure and roll-up sides, very well made and very strong. I wish they made the sandpit themselves with a sealed lid and a carry handle so you can carry it around without wasting sand, but we can do it. All parts are functional and well made, the box can withstand frequent use. Great tool and the only kind on the market we've seen for kids.
