We were happy to find filters for our vacuum cleaner. The filters look just like the originals; However, when we put the filter in the vacuum and twisted it so the three pins held it in place, it was too loose and fell out immediately. So disappointing. We called your customer service department and met up with a very polite, accommodating lady who suggested that we try all four filters to see if any of them are firmer and stay in a vacuum and then call her back. All four filters were identical and they were all too loose to stay in. We called again and spoke to customer service. She advised us to contact Revain and tell them the filters were defective and we would be happy to send them back. However, we decided to use masking tape to attach the filter. It worked! So we decided to just keep the four fancy filters because they work well when glued in place and we need the filters to have fun with the vacuum cleaner.
