great hat, but the poof came off on day 3, was disappointing, having a hat with no poof, and a poof with no hat.
I went back to the coffee shop where i thought it was lost and the cashier actually kept it next to the register. I was so happy to have the poof reunited with its hat, a little better sewing between the poof and hat would be recommended, other than that, the hat is warm and soft.

- The fur pom pom is prone to shedding and can leave unsightly clumps of hair on clothing
