Very easy! A scoop is added to the blender filled with water and voila! It doesn't have a strong flavor, so it mixes easily with any liquid, even in my morning smoothie, and it doesn't affect the flavor. What really drew me in was the 60 servings per container for only $16. I don't have to reapply for another month or so. I highly recommend it!
