A good and high-quality product, but there are disadvantages.
I used it as a training aid because my knee starts to pain around a minisk after the load (without a proper warm-up). After finishing my program, I intend to unsubscribe from the feelings and the result.

With its pros:
Fits snugly to the leg, comfortable movement, soft ring on the knee, does not interfere with movement
Cons:
I thought that the side rods (pieces of iron, plates) were more rigid, it turned out that they were soft.
