This is the perfect light. It's brighter than most rechargeable interior sensor lights and can be warm or cool or anywhere in between. The motion sensor can be configured to only work in the dark and detect motion. He perceives movement quite far away (e.g. across a large room). It can roll and move up and down, especially with a plastic mount that you screw or attach to the wall. Of course, when using a magnet you can choose where to place and move it, but rolling it around is a bit more difficult. I glued it to the metal door jambs, the fridge, the side of the metal bed. I'm still trying to figure out the perfect spot before I put it in place forever.
