A valuable & lightweight addition to our grilling supplies, this grill basket is handy for grilling smaller and/or fragile items. As indicated on the label, you need to coat this with oil to avoid sticking. It recommends that you do so with the included brush but I use spray oil and it works perfectly and is easier. I use it for shrimp, thinner cuts of salmon, homemade veggie burgers, and pretty much every vegetable that will fit in it! It makes flipping a cinch as long as the items are consistent in size and require similar cooking time. I use the brush for applying dressings/sauces as the handle is plenty long for that. The brush also washes fine in the dishwasher - BONUS! : ) I recommend hand washing the basket because of the wood handle. All in all, this is a nice, lightweight grill basket and I'm happy with it.
