They are very responsive to all inquiries I have made over their platform! Their team has been extremely helpful in making sure my account was setup correctly and that everything looks good from an analytics perspective as well. Not much at this time but it's great they're there if needed. Would love more video tutorials so you can learn how things work with them rather than having one-on-one help when setting up your first campaign (if necessary). It took me two days before we started receiving data back after launching - however once i got results/data coming through its really easy going forward. So far not too many issues which makes us happy considering other providers outsource most tasks themselves or charge extra fees without giving anything tangible back like insights into why certain actions were taken etc.. This allows us full control knowing exactly what happened during each step of process allowing proper adjustments where required or taking further action by contacting support directly via email should any issue arise later down stream.
