Review on FormSwift by Mark Strong

After having used quite a bit of SaaS softwares during my career as well as consulting clients on various aspects of managing forms and processes,I've found that there aren't many better tools than FormSwift to complete tasks when interacting with customers, prospective partners, suppliers and partners in general. I found the experience very user friendly. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. After navigating around various settings and options to customize the template (which was quite extensive), within 10 minutes I had created a nice looking document that fit exactly into my needs and expectations when I first signed up. The document was saved in the "draft" folder. At anytime I may save my changes, export the template, change the cover sheet, delete my work etc. And then when another person wants to modify it, they receive the same exact modified draft. This allows multiple parties to participate and contribute without the risk of overwriting each others' hard work. Once again, the design seemed very intuitive. Everything was clearly explained about the features included/excluded and how to configure things. All of my requests came thru immediately and solved easily. The cost is fairly reasonable compared to most solutions online. My main concern was when I opened the file on the phone (using Google docs) and went to send myself the file, I received error messages saying that the document did not exist in our storage, even though I knew it was there. Since I'm sending it on a private mailbox, it seems





I recently had someone contact me about using our form tools - since they didn’t really understand what we offered. After clarifying her expectations I thought "hmmm, these guys sound very similar, maybe they'll fit!" So I started doing research on form tools and came across FormSwift. From the first call I knew they were the right fit! Their interface is nice and simple, but also gives tons of flexibility when it comes to customizing forms. Our marketing team has already used their form tools to improve conversions and customer satisfaction levels. Now they're coming up with new ways to use the tools each month. With them, we’ve eliminated many tedious tasks that keep most organizations from achieving a paperless workflow. I'd definitely recommend talking to the FormSwifters (as I did).

As far as pricing goes, there isn’t much difference when compared to alternatives offered online, however, it does come with some unique features built specifically for small and medium size businesses.
