See photo, only one section contained items. This is the second time my order for this item has had a problem. The subscription form from December also turned out to be incorrect. The first time (December) the container was broken open and about half of the items were found at the bottom of a larger box under a heavy carton of muscle milk. Therefore, most of them were thrown out. I didn't complain at the time. This is the second time the item has failed. Only one of the 4 containers contains dentifrice. The dental care items appear to have come loose again, but they did not come loose in the larger box they came in with the other subscription items. As you can see in the second photo, the back part will eventually detach and the elements of the floss will be lost. To get this right, send a refund for 2 orders of this item (December and January) or simply send 2 of these items to replace the defective ones.
