Review on KoolStop Black Tire Bead Jack by Stephen Parkell

I wanted to convert my SCHWALBE Lugano road bike tires to 700 23C Continental Gatorskins. I didn't think it would make such a big difference. Boy was I wrong. I started with three metal tire levers (Minoura ATL tire lever set (set of 3). Removed the old tires with no problem. I threw away the inner tubes because I upgraded my rims to Fasteam 700C 50mm. They require a lot more got the first gatorskin bead around the rim fairly easily put on the first new tube inflated a few jets of air and stuffed the tube into the tire started working the second bead around the rim (starting at the valve stem) (manually) until I got to the point where everyone is familiar with where there is still a few inches to go. Started with the tire levers and wow! No way! Nothing happened! I've never seen anything that the nasty creature with the foul mouth, spawned after the fight brings with it that stupid hoop! Well yeah. I'm a man. So I bent down and finally put this SOB on! Hooray! Right? Double inflated a hoop and heard a leak. Schl also!. Grrrrrrrr! Good. No problem. Do I have three more spare tubes? Long story short. l 4 chambers and about 50 veins! I went online and started reading about this particular hoop and how difficult it is to put on. Thank god I'm not the only one. Also found this tire bead tool in one of the videos. I thought it looked too easy. To be too good to be true. Went ahead and ordered 4 more tubes and this tool. Two sleepless nights pass and my things arrive. So I dive right in. 10 mins. I later mounted both tires, aired them out, and remounted them on the bike. I cannot praise the creator of this tool enough. NEVER FIGHT WITH A TIRE AGAIN!
