Firstly I've been involved with computers for almost 40 years since the Commodore VIC20 so I now know what I'm doing and have kept up with the technology over the years when needed. This computer is being returned. Now I understand why you can't find detailed specs for it anywhere on the internet. First, the Bluetooth radio is either broken or weak. I ended up having to use a bluetooth dongle to even connect and this proved sporadic. Next, the Ethernet card that has been the 1 Gb/s standard for most laptops for the past decade now has 100 Mb/s bandwidth. I couldn't even figure it out by looking at the specific card model, so they give you a real ethernet port, but it's 100Mbps IF LEAVE CONNECTED. Neither Wi-Fi nor direct Ethernet stays connected. Ethernet alternates between connected and disconnected several times a minute, which of course leads to many "network reset" errors. The cable and the internet connection itself were reliable - the problem was the ethernet card. Wi-Fi never gave up either. It stayed connected for a few minutes and then started crashing too. It was a work computer, so I didn't need it or expect too much from it. Now I work from home and I can't overstate the need for Bluetooth and Ethernet. It's connected to my TV and I control it from across the room and Ethernet is set up so everything on the TV is connected to a wired connection as it's best for downloading and even transferring files over its own network is suitable. What I can say about this car is that it is fast and has a very nice red colour. Communication issues ruined everything else for me, waiting to see what other "surprises" the store might have if I keep using it. Buyer Warning.
