This case and holster feels solid and well made. If you have a 2020 SE and put your phone in the wrong place, it can trigger an automatic SOS (911) call because it's pressing the buttons on both sides at the same time. I filed both sides to clear the buttons, problem solved (see photo). The manufacturer should do the same. The clip on the belt is not as secure as on my iPhone 6 Otterbox Defender - the U-hook at the bottom of the clip is smaller and less aggressive which is why my phone has often fallen off my belt. But the cover protected him well every time, so there was nothing to worry about until he fell down a manhole or worse.
