I bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday last year. He ended up injuring his hands right after receiving them, so he couldn't use his hands at all for fine motor skills. Two months ago he finally completed his physical rehabilitation and started using controllers. He was so happy to use them and show me all the old games he used to play with his grandma as a kid. Unfortunately the buttons stick. It wasn't bad at first, but it got to the point where if he held down the Y button to run in Mario and then pressed the B button to jump, the buttons just stayed pressed. He has trouble using his hands, and with the buttons sticking out, it sucked the joy out of his face in his third game in the world of Donkey Kong Country. He says we need to buy and replace silicone pads and that might help. But I don't know how I would do it myself. And it really shouldn't be, considering how little use they have. Hopefully I can buy him some new ones for Christmas in a few months.
